Watching calories? Then beware of those flavorful coffee drinks. A latte with whole milk has 350 calories and 18g of fat; a cafe mocha can contain as many as 500 calories and 40g of fat. You can reduce the damage by requesting skim milk, avoiding whipped cream, and using a sugar substitute. But you're probably better off just drinking regular coffee and saving those calories for nutritious foods that will satisfy your hunger
